The combat IFAK trauma kit has gripper elastic on the bottom of the pouch provides an extra place to store quick-access equipment such as your tourniquet. The IFAK medical kit includes Velcro on the front provides a place to adhere an ID patch, such as a MED Patch or Bleeding Control Patch.
