All orders are processed within 4–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Free Shipping – EMS

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 12–24 business days

  • Shipping Fee: Free on orders over $50 USD

For orders below $50 USD, applicable shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Packaging & Shipment Protection

To ensure products arrive in excellent condition, all orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. Additional protective packaging may be used for sensitive items, electronic equipment, or products that require extra protection during transit.

Delivery & Receipt of Goods

If the package appears damaged:
